This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our website and book premium house cleaning services in Los Angeles — including online booking, quote requests, and communication about your appointments.
We collect only the information needed to provide residential and commercial cleaning, process payments securely, and communicate about your service. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

- Payment information (processed securely through Stripe for cards, and Confirmo for cryptocurrency invoices)

3. Estimate & Booking Photos
When you optionally upload photos of your space on our estimate or booking forms, we handle them under strict purpose limitation:
- Purpose: photos are used only to prepare your accurate cleaning estimate and related service planning
- No publication: photos are never published on our website, social media, or /our-work portfolio automatically
- No third-party sharing: photos are not sold or shared with marketing platforms or unrelated third parties
- Location data: we strip GPS and EXIF metadata from images during compression so your home's coordinates are not stored
- Storage: photos are stored privately in our systems (not on public or predictable URLs); internal access requires authentication or a short-lived signed link
- Retention: photos are automatically deleted after a configurable period (default 60 days) once a lead is closed or the related job is completed — see ESTIMATE_PHOTO_RETENTION_DAYS
- Deletion on request: email hello@latopclean.com and we will delete your photos promptly
Using photos in our public portfolio always requires separate, explicit client consent handled outside the estimate/booking photo upload flow.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
- Payment processors (Stripe for cards; Confirmo for crypto invoices)
- Email and communication tools (to send booking confirmations, reminders, and estimate notifications — which may include your photos as private email attachments to our team)
- Our cleaning team (only the information necessary to perform the service)

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
