LA Top Clean – Terms & Conditions

By booking a cleaning service with LA Top Clean (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions governing premium house cleaning and related services in Los Angeles and surrounding areas.

These terms cover online and phone bookings, deposits, cancellations, satisfaction guarantee claims, property access, and payment. Please read them before confirming your appointment.

1. Services

We provide professional residential and commercial cleaning services in Los Angeles and surrounding areas. The specific services included in each cleaning type are described on our website.

2. Booking and Payment

  • A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Credit/Debit card via secure Stripe checkout (primary method)
  • Zelle to our business account
  • Check made payable to LA Top Clean LLC

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged a 30% cancellation fee of the total service cost.
  • No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

4. Access to Property

The Client is responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property (key, code, or being present). If our team cannot access the property, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation.

5. Liability and Damages

  • Our team is fully insured. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.
  • In the event of damage caused by our team, please notify us within 24 hours. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any part of the cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge (subject to availability).

7. Pets and Special Conditions

Please inform us in advance about pets, allergies, fragile items, or any special requests. We are not responsible for damage to items that were not disclosed prior to the service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate recurring cleaning services by providing at least 7 days' written notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
